The homeowner sought immediate interior renovations upon acquiring their new property, necessitating prompt action for occupancy. Our services were enlisted to provide expert recommendations. The comprehensive scope of work included removing old carpeting and restoring timber floors through meticulous sanding and staining. In line with modern standards, we replaced outdated lighting fixtures with energy-efficient downlights, concurrently upgrading the building's exterior lighting. Interior revitalization was achieved by removing obsolete wallpaper and applying fresh coats of paint to walls, ceilings, and doors.

To enhance the property's appeal and entertainment potential, we designed and constructed a new deck. This thoughtful addition significantly improved usability and integrated seamlessly with the existing entertainment area. The outcome proved highly satisfactory, leading to our continued engagement for further endeavors, encompassing an extension of the building and the addition of a new level.
